Saturday night, Dave was hit by an SUV riding his bike home from work near Newbury St. He's in ICU with broken leg, ankle, collar bone, facial and skull fractures, and brain bleeding. He's not going to die. They might take him off the respirator and sudation today.
I didn't go to school. I'm going in to see him again in a few hours.
It's snowing.
Do I even need to say how I feel?
I don't believe in god, but pray for him, and me.

I brought some chai teas home from work, and we've got other herbal and black teas, and even cookies.
Any time.

And even if you don't believe in god, the chapel is a really good place to go and just. . . be AWAY from it all. Whoever designed that little space knew that it was a place to go in between waiting in a hospital room next to the bed of someone you love.
